Cookies and storage
What this site keeps in your browser, what loads only after your choice and what never loads.

Everything is off by default
This site loads nothing from third parties before you choose. No ad networks, no social media tracking buttons, no trackers. The fonts come from our own domain, so no outside company sees who visits this page.
What we do keep
Three things, all in your own browser’s local storage and never on our server. Your cookie choice (key ovrick-analytics-consent, with the date under ovrick-analytics-consent-at), so we do not ask you again for six months. Then we ask once more. Your basket (key saladash-basket), strictly necessary for the basket to work. Your allergen filter in the builder (key saladash-allergens), strictly necessary for those buttons. You clear them by removing this site’s data from your browser.
Payment
Only at the payment step does Stripe’s payment form load (js.stripe.com). Stripe then sets two cookies on this site for fraud prevention: __stripe_mid (one year) and __stripe_sid (30 minutes). They are needed to take the payment. Anyone who never reaches the payment step does not get them.
Visit statistics, only with consent
If you choose Accept in the cookie notice, Vercel Web Analytics loads. It counts page views without cookies and without following you to other sites. If you choose Decline, or nothing, the script is never loaded. If you choose Accept, we also count taps on the main buttons (call, WhatsApp, email and ordering); if you decline, nothing is counted. Those counts go to Ovrick Cassini, the editor behind this site (hosted on Cloudflare), which keeps only a daily total per button: no IP address, no cookie, no visitor id.
The map
The Google Maps map loads only after you click Show the map. From then on Google receives your IP address and may set cookies.
