Privacy statement
What data we process when you order or message us, and what you can ask about it.

Who is responsible
Tiago Mendes Jerónimo, trading as Ovrick, Rode Ridderhof 8 bus 10, 2300 Turnhout. Enterprise number 1042.139.393, VAT number BE 1042.139.393. Email tiago@ovrick.com.
What data
For an order: your name, your email address or phone number, your pickup slot, the contents of your bowls and any note. That is all we ask. We never see your card details: you pay in Stripe’s form.
Through the contact form: your name, your email address or phone number, the topic and your message. Allergies are not passed on through a note or a message: the allergen filter in the builder and the 14 EU allergens on every bowl are there for that.
Why
We use your data to prepare your order, keep you informed and send a confirmation (basis: carrying out your order), and to answer your message (our legitimate interest in replying to whoever contacts us). We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Your basket and your filter
Your basket (key saladash-basket) and your allergen filter (key saladash-allergens) live only in your own browser’s local storage. They hold no personal data and leave your device only when you order: the bowls in your basket then go to our server to be priced again.
The map
The map on the contact page comes from Google Maps and loads only when you press Show the map. From then on your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set cookies. What Google does with that falls under Google’s privacy policy. Without that click nothing goes to Google.
Who sees your data
Vercel: hosting and delivering the site (processed in EU and US).
Resend: order confirmation emails (processed in EU).
Stripe: payments (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland) (processed in EU, transfer to the US under standard contractual clauses).
Ovrick Cassini: a daily total of taps per main button, only after you choose Accept (processed in Cloudflare’s worldwide network, counts stored in Western Europe).
How long we keep it
We keep an order as long as accounting law requires (7 years); payment details sit with Stripe. Messages from the contact form are kept as long as they are useful for follow-up. Your basket and filter stay in your browser until you clear them.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase and restrict the processing of your data, and to object. Email tiago@ovrick.com and we reply within the legal period. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
